Our strategic focus is driven by our management team who are made up of our MD, an Executive Director, a Non-Executive Director and our external Chairman.

The Prospect Board meet regularly to discuss the commercial and strategic path of Prospect and how we can improve our partnerships with our stakeholders while providing professional and cost-effective services to our clients at all times.

Arthur Hood - Chairman

Arthur Hood has recently joined Prospect Group as Chairman of the Board. Arthur brings to Prospect nearly 40 years’ international experience in the civil engineering, coal and gold mining industries.

From 2005 to 2010 Arthur was CEO of Lihir Gold Ltd, during which time it grew from an ASX100 to an ASX30 company before being acquired by Newcrest.  He has had a long career in senior management within the mining sector and brings a wealth of corporate, operational and strategic experience to the business.

Gary Linton - Managing Director

With 11 years experience as a Management Consultant and 16 years as a professional CEO, Gary has a very broad range of corporate and consulting experience across a variety of industries and companies. These include three years as CEO of Saab ITS (Intelligent Transport Systems) and seven years as Managing Director or environmental products and services company Greenspan Technology, now part of the Tyco group. 

Nathan Poy - Director

Before joining Prospect, Nathan has worked in the military, utility and mining sectors as a project manager and recruiter, for the past 18 years. Nathan’s military background has taught him the importance of partnering and clear communication in any relationship, with the need to view any engagement with a client or candidate from a long term, value adding perspective.

Michael Jackson - Director

Michael has a successful record in leading change implementations. He consistently achieves sustainable business improvements in the mining, manufacturing, utilities, communications, services and food sectors. His strength lies in the analysis of businesses from a financial, strategic and operational context.

Mark Wolf - Director

Mark has more than 30 years' experience designing and installing flood forecasting and warning systems within Australia and Internationally. Mark is the National Manager and Principal Consultant of Prospect's new division - Prospect Environmental.

David Begley - Non-Executive Director

After a career in the military, David has held operational roles and provided consulting support to mining, manufacturing, construction and contracting businesses for more than 20 years. Has completed numerous successful projects where the results have been dependent upon aligning the people and processes within the organisation with the bottom line business objectives; the operational with the strategic. David has been involved with Prospect for the past 10 years as a Management Consultant. Since 2006 David has also been a member of the Prospect Board.
