Prospect Consulting was formed in 1993, primarily concentrating on the provision of recruitment services for mining, energy and associated industries. Over the next few years, Prospect diversified into becoming a management consultancy through the amalgamation of recruitment services, management consulting services, and psychometric assessments while still maintaining the focus on the resources sector.
